We are the Schembri's.

 

Our family's background in the construction and building industry were always a driving force behind our shared passion for interesting renovations. We found ourselves looking for a chance to create something beautiful in the dim world of neglected homes in need of more than just a makeover, but a full rehabilitation. Over the years we have come across and dealt with an array of "job-site issues." What seemed to be reoccurring, and sometimes unexpected, were issues relating to a property's expired permits, open violations, surveys that did not match the CO's on file and so on.

 

We eventually found ourselves not only taking on properties with these issues specifically but offering an expediting service to people who need a hand. We got you!

 

Our knowledge is extensive. We understand the new homebuyer, the seller who has lived in their house for 30+ years and has no CO for that pool, whoops! We understand the builder. We have been all of these people and more.
