What we do, in a nutshell
Welcome to RedDoorRestores. We are an experienced real estate investment firm that buys and sells properties. We are also a full service permit expediting company, specializing in the Town of Brookhaven, Riverhead and Southampton.
We will deal with the town, so you don't have to.
Whether you are building a new house, finishing a basement, or building a deck, we offer the same service to all of our clients. Did you do an alteration and need to take a permit out after the fact? Throughout our time together RedDoorRestores will handle all communications with the town including all necessary permit paperwork. We will work together with contractors on punch list items necessary for passing inspections. We will be there until the end.
